Our workouts include interval treadmill routines, strength training utilizing plyo-boxes and free weights that are proven to ramp up your metabolism. You'll switch between 3 stations: 1) a non-motorised treadmill, 2) a plyo-box for plyometric exercises like box-jumps and 3) a free-weight station for exercises with dumbells or bodyweight.
